That is a trait that everyone, who goes to work everyday, already has. All you have to do is focus your energy into your site and stop making other people more wealthy.

Our country is designed so that the rich get richer and the poor work everyday just to get by. Most people work hard all week to get their paycheck. It will last them about three days.
