I like Galatians 6:8 because it indicates that man has a sinful nature. When you act to please the Holy spirit through faith in Jesus Christ, you are in fact choosing not to live by the sinful nature. This is what Jesus tells us to do with one simple command. Love your neighbor as yourself.I think all actions thoughts, and speech that puts distance between a person and God is sin. It all needs to be accounted for. The reason that I think God has left it in man is simple. He wants a relationship with you. It is a constant reminder for you to seek him. You can do that by asking for forgiveness of those sins that you struggle with. By doing this you will make your walk closer to the Lord. God Bless you.
